This past Wednesday, we were lucky enough to sample the foods of two new vendors who will be making their debut at the Market this Saturday!

Davy Jones Seafood sells fresh Alaskan salmon; what we ate was cooked to such pink perfection that we almost had a fork fight trying to eat it. The other was a dazzling array of olives, feta dips, balsamic vinegar and fresh pressed olive oil from Petrou Foods.
