Community Food Connections (CFC) improves access to healthy food in underserved areas.

Our programs expand outlets for and production of local food, create jobs and build family self-sufficiency.

• We connect local farms and families.  We do this by creating opportunities and venues for farmers, increasing access to healthy food and providing educational outreach.
